This is the third name I've used. The others weren't band but for some reason I just didn't like them and wanted a fresh start. Has anyone else done this?

yup one, mprox666..... i hit 666 posts and changed to this one, i set this account up for ewt, just never got round to introducing it there. (i got close to 666 posts again so asked for the other posts to be transfered to this one so i wouldnt end up with a thousand accounts with 666 posts.)

I think the blue stars would still give me away. And the fact that I couldn't possibly keep myself incongito.. e.g.
Poster A- " Ha, ha the Cowboys lost!"
Me in Disguise- " You mother... um, I mean that saddening news doesn't affect me in the least"
PA- Johnny Cash sucks.
MiD-I'll sock you right in the adam's, .. um, hey look over there, isn't that Bill Brasky?
So I think coming up with a new identity would be akin to wearing shades and thinking no one could tell who I was.
Though if I do come up with another identity, I'm gonna call it, Me in Disguise.

People do this all the time.
Some people get banned, and come back under a new login. They may think nobody knows who they are, but people know.
Others delete their account (sometimes with a "I'm leaving" monologue, sometimes without) and then create a new account a month later.
Sometimes in the case of trolls, they create a new account every week which gets banned. The problem is, no cleanup is ever done which is why we have almost 5000 members here.

Well... other than that one stupid time I did a pretty stupid April Fools thing... and al my EWT Character accounts, I'd have to say no. Though I did have an account on the old boards before things got moved here.
