Indeed it was. That's a great tune, too.

Call me crazy, but I think Batman Forever (mainly the intro scene with the bank vault) was an homage to The Dark Knight Returns

This movie sucked. Just awful on almost every level. Kilmer, who was awesome as Doc Holdiay, was just bad as Batman, Two-Face as a character was totally wasted as was Tommy Lee Jones who coulda been good in the role, the whole ' I'm shutting it all down, and not being Batman anymore cuz I'm getting some, or wait, yeah I guess I'll still be Batman' was ridiculous. This movie sucked.

I wondered what kind of affliction caused Harvery Dent to change from a black man in Batman to a white man in Batman Forever.

That was just dumb casting in the first movie.. I guess it was like 'let's throw the fanboys a bone and call Billy Dee Harvey Dent' But man he woulda been worse than Jones.

this movie was bad, and really saw the change in the franchise. two-face was ruined, and the riddler was alright, but i just dont really like jim carey that much. from what ive read on a few sites before joel took over making them, burton was gonna direct the third one, and cast micky dolenz from the monkees as the riddler, and just knowing micky and his sense of humor i think he would have been gold as the riddler. but alas, bring on joel and the self destruction of batman...untill batman begins.
