Scaramanga, it's Christopher Lee , he had a midget henchman named after a crisp, his own Island, a car that could fly and a golden gun that transforms into a cigarette lighter, cigarette case, cuff link, and a pen (beat that Megatron!).

I'm surprised. I know a lot of people like Frank Sanchez, so I thought he might be the darkhorse here.
He's not my favorite villain, but for some reason I figured he would be for other folks.
