1994 for me.
It seems like alot of people, esp the CURRENT IWC started using it around 2000-2001.
I can still remember that even back in 1997, alot of fans were not part of the IWC.

NOTE: I didn't know much about it then, I was rather young and I'd just use it at my Aunt's house. I didn't even know we had it at my home until around 1997-98. Ah, dial up.

98, right after No Way Out. I remember downloading live WWF themes on their AOL Keyword.
My first computer was a Packard Bell ... Jesus Christ that was a horrible computer. Even for 1998.

...man seriously, looking back, didnt dial up seem alot faster back then? I mean I know its cause we never got anything faster but...eh...

In 1996 I got dial up and ran up a $300 long distance phone bill using it. The nearest phone number was 60 miles away. Good ole' SpryNet.
