Does anyone know if you can record sound to a razr and enable it as a ringtone?

Who is your provider? If you use Cingular you can buy or download the Cingular Phone Tools, which lets you link the phone to the computer to put pictures, video, and music on your phone. You can use any MP3 as a ringtone, it even has an audio editor that lets you cut the parts you want from an MP3.

Provider doesn't really matter....Motorola makes a program that you can get for that. Or you can find P2k for free (i think that is what the program is called) and download files to your phone. You can edit mp3's using audacity, also free.
