"Scenes From a Memory" Is one of the only Dream Theater CD's I like every single song on. Great concept too and just an amazing album in general. That is the mothersmurfing truth. I can listen to every track on that album and not get tired of it. It used to be my workout tape for a long, long time. Its also fun to watch the DVD of the last concert for that album's tour. I also enjoyed Six Degrees Of Inner Turbulence.

Green Day's American Idiot would certainly be up there for me as well seeing as that I've been a fan of theirs since 1994. (Yikes, I can't believe it's already been 13 YEARS!)
Normally, I'm not into concept albums. Don't know why. I guess I'm more of a singles kinda guy.

Alice Cooper-- Brutal Planet and it's follow-up Dragontown.
Hopefully, the 3rd part will be released. The Last Temptation, is apparently not part of the trilogy.

Gotta go with OK Computer, even if the "concept" is more like an overall theme then a strict narrative.

While not part of the Trilogy, I think "The Last Temptation" is the best concept album of the last 20 years. Oh, it's true, it's damn true!! As far as the other two go, I have to say Brutal Planet is the better but DragonTown arguably has the best song of the two: "Somewhere in the Jungle"

The Streets - A Grand Don't Come For Free
For the simple reason that the concept is easy to understand, and you don't have to look for the 'clever' meaning.

That album is perfect start to finish. The last track is amazing and clever. I don't know how many times I had to explain that ending to people.
