By the time the next MSG show rolled around Mr.Perfect regained the I-C title I believe. The title change aired after the MSG show. Really? Didn't know that, so technically Hennig was champ already then. I remembered they did something like that when Savage had won the I-C title from Santana, he didn't get to wear the belt till 2 or 3 weeks later. Ah the good ol' days when the I-C title meant almost as much as the World Title.
