When would you say the attitude era ended ? I would say when Vince announced the "Ruthless Aggression" era, which ushered in superstars such as Brock Lesnar, Randy Orton and John Cena.

A lot of people say WrestleMania X-7 was kind of the culmination of the Attitude Era. I agree because that night you had the three men who made that era in the main event (counting Vince) and also the turn of arguably the most popular charecter of the time. Pretty much signifying a turn of the page.
After that the Invasion began, followed shortly after by the brand split and name change.

Definitely WrestleMania X-7, Vince had finally bought out WCW and this was arguably the best Wrestlemania of all time featuring the two biggest stars of the Attitude era facing off for the title.
