The reason why I say this is because unlike other wrestlers DDP would hit you with a Diamond Cutter out of nowhere. You dont know when its going to happen. I knew most of you during the monday night wars who loved raw but whenever you saw DDP wrestled you were entertained by his matches. I sure was because he could come out with the DDP from the top rope. from a powerbomb, from a jackhammer, etc.

I agree. The Diamond Cutter is one of my favorite moves ever. I'm still surprised that WWE hasn't tried to have a battle between Orton and DDP over the Cutter.

The Diamond Cutter was a great finisher, plus he had a dozen other signature moves and/or spots that were cool.

Plus, they'd want Orton to go over, and I don't think I could bear that.

I just couldn't get in to his bleached blonde trailer trash look in WCW and his "riveting" promos filled with "HOLLYWOOD SCUM HOGAN!" and homo-erotic threats of jacking someone up to feel the BANG. ;D

lol come on Randy isnt that bad. Well, at least his promos are somewhat decent. They're survivable, but among the worst on RAW. He can never remember his lines, or so it would seem. Not very good for a guy who's supposed to be the cocky man with all the ability. And come to think of it, he barely fits those criteria, either.

Randy's problem is he does the silly "wait for 15 seconds before doing it" tactic with the RKO as opposed to DDP hitting the move out of nowhere, which made a lot of Page's matches generally exciting. Not to mention, DDP held on to his opponent tight with both hands, and went straight down, instead of Randy who typically does it one-armed and focuses on getting hangtime with it.

I agree. The RKO doesn't look like the out and out killer move it's supposed to be Ortard seems to float in the air for an age before hitting the deck. The Diamond Cutter rocked, however - it's a shame that Kanyon is busy campaigning for gay rights and arguing with Ric flair and doesn't have a job anymore - he sold the cutter / stunner better than anyone I've ever seen!

Would that mean he is gonna sing his theme song in spoken word? "Hey......nothing you can say......nothing's gonna change......what you've done to me. Now it's time......to shine.....gonna takes what's mine.......gonna take....what's mine."
