He needs a Captain Kirk gimmick. Would that mean he is gonna sing his theme song in spoken word? "Hey......nothing you can say......nothing's gonna change......what you've done to me. Now it's time......to shine.....gonna takes what's mine.......gonna take....what's mine." They need to bring William Shatner in to record the remix of his theme.

I agree. The Diamond Cutter is one of my favorite moves ever. I'm still surprised that WWE hasn't tried to have a battle between Orton and DDP over the Cutter. It would have to be a Fatal 4-Way with Bubba Ray and Steve Regal. In fact, just throw in everyone who's ever even attempted the move in any federation and have them all wrestle for the rights to use it. License to print money.

That would be pretty cool, but the indy version over ownership of the Shining Wizard would be better. It'd be a tournament that'd go for three weeks or so, with breaks in between for catering to refresh for Arik Cannon and Shane Storm.

I like the "Move Feuds," a Jake the Snake just KILLING people for stealing his crack... er, his DDT would be gold. However, in all fairness the Regal Cutter was an Arm-Trap Neckbreaker, like a regular neckbreaker, except he had his opponents arm crossed over the guys throat. Why? I have no idea, as it was never explained. But it looked nifty.

According to DDP, he had about 20 different places where he thought of to hit the Diamond Cutter from.

I really hated it when WWE didn't put any Diamond Cutter moves into the Smackdown games. The closest thing was a Bubba Cutter, and that's as slow as molases and looks like crap. Thus, all my DDP CAWs had crappy finishers. I also love how Bubba only used that for approximately one match ever (although now I see he's been using a Rock Bottom ripoff). Same goes for Regal.
As great as a Diamond Cutter battle royal would be, I'd rather see a Shooting Star Press battle royal, just to see who would get injured first, since it would undoubtedly include Kidman, Lesnar and Hayabusa. I'm sure Kidman would be livid about so many people using the move he "invented," which is to say, stole.

Now London's Shooting Star... thing of beauty. Oh, and Bubba used the cutter for a long time in ECW I believe.
