When you add the 500 save slots for your own creations FPR has a possible roster of 827 which is just one of many reasons why the game is so awesome. A good site to check out for pics and other Fire Pro related goodness such as downloadable edit packs is www.fireproclub.com.

The game is not officially available outside Japan/Asia and only available for a either a Japanese PS2 or a US or European PS2 that can run imports. The language barrier is a minor obstacle IMO and once you've read the translated instructions a couple of times it's easy enough to work your way round the option screens. I believe one of the members of fireproclub has also made an English patch available which of course eliminates any language issues.
