I know wrestling is biggest in the USA, Canada, Mexico, and Japans. But I also know there are some other territories out there that have not been tapped, like Europe, New Zealand, and Australia. And by untapped, I mean that the major wrestling promotions don't use these markets for all they really could be worth. North American wrestling tours almost always do gangbuster business when touring these places, because the populace are so starved for wrestling. To the best of my knowledge, no pay per view has ever been run from any of these countries; the furthers any ppvs have gotten from the USA is Canada's Sky Dome. In addittion, we actually see comparatively few wrestlers from these countries, which I think is a shame because there is bound to be a good talent pool there just waiting to be used. I have long felt that if TNA or ROH want to try offering American fans something new, unique, and different, try running some televised shows from these countries, try recruiting fresh talent from these countries. And I dare say that pursuing expansion into these territories could be very beneficial on the financial side of things.
