iMPACT! To Go LIVE Monday Feb. 12?

As of now, TNA is expected to have a taped edition of iMPACT! air on February 12, which is the Monday night where WWE Raw is preempted due to the Westminster Dog Show. TNA would then re-air the show on Thursday as well. While this decision isn't 100% right now, plans that are in the works right now would say otherwise. That there is no word on if TNA would present a live edition of iMPACT! that night after the PPV instead of a taped special and then resume TV tapings on Tuesday.

I think they should have a two hour live special. Then do two weeks or three weeks of taping Tuesday night.

As long as TNA can have a standout blowaway episode on this night, I say go for it with the two hours, there's nothing to lose that I can think of.

If it's the day after their PPV they need to be live... even if it isn't... It needs to be live because Live tv is always more exciting.

Quick request:

Do NOT open the show with Voodoo Kin Mafia. Do something DIFFERENT from Raw; the casual and new audience needs to be convinced immediately that they are watching a legimately ALTERNATIVE product.

Mistake. I'm a big TNA mark but lets just be real about this the dog show gets ratings in the 2's and 3's, Impact has never done those numbers. However having a wrestling show on a monday night that dosn't have Monday night football or Raw will give folks in the 18-35 demographic something to watch..oh except tha 24 is coming back on and nobody can beat thier numbers

I remember that one time (I think the first primetime Impact maybe?) where TNA opened the show with like a 20 minute match between Joe and Daniels. THAT'S how they need to open this Monday night prime time show. I 100% agree that if they open the show with VKM, they might as well forget it.

i watch the dog shows but i'm not the demographic that they care about anyway-that's a rant for another day
