What roles would Hall and Nash have in WCW?
Would Hogan ever made his heel turn?
Could WCW at least kept it close with WWF in ratings?

That's a question I'd love to know the answer to, but there's no way to even guess.
The only one I can answer with some degree of certainty is Hogan. He was getting booed pretty viciously in 1996. It was near Cena levels from early last year.

They would have had to turn him eventually.
