Then how come they don't do anything about the wrestling forums (like wrestlingforums.com, prowrestling.com) that allow you to download recent whole WWE shows, and PPVs in their entirety, meaning that they are losing money? Much worser than youtube.

They are aware of Youtube. Odds are they are not aware of the existance of whatever place you frequent for piracy. And things like torrents or dc++ are far harder to stop.

I visited a WWW site once that contained downloadable video files of wwe events such as raw episodes and pay per views. I stopped going to that site though when i started to get banner ads for sites with pictures of naked butts of 60 year old men
Actually that wasnt a banner ad... it was the raw episode

they have the mark monitor computer program thing, that searches sites for people using your copyright.
If WWE Knew about a place to download there stuff, it wouldn't be around very long.
