I thought that match was awesome, surprisingly, and I have not cared for Cena AT ALL. And tonight, he finally started feeling like he should be champ, and should be in the main event.
What do all of you think?

He's good at gimmick spot matches. He did it 2 years ago with JBL and he's done it a couple time with Edge. So that equals 4 good matches in a span of 4 years.

Feel the same. Sucks as a wrestler, I hate him as champion, he's one hell of a great brawler.

Same, great when brawling but, not so good when forced to trade holds.

It was a decent match, although somewhat spoiled by the outcome that we were able to predict the day the match was first announced.
Anyway, my opinion of Cena hasn't changed. I was bored with him before the match, and I'm still bored with him now.

He put on a great match, I give him credit, but wouldn't say he was great

I'm not one of those who hates Cena for his "workrate" (hate that word)
I was just never ready for a white rapper gimmick, and the "superman push" (I don't use that term much either) does piss me off, he is a good worker, so my opinion hasn't changed on him at all

He's good at gimmick spot matches. He did it 2 years ago with JBL and he's done it a couple time with Edge. So that equals 4 good matches in a span of 4 years. Don't forget ONS2 vs. Van Dam. It was a great match outside of Edge's interference, and even that made sense storywise. So at least give him 5. That's a WHOLE HAND...leaving the other free for the worst move ever, the 5knuckle shuffle. I do enjoy Cena when he has to work hard, not just bury guys. I'll be interested to see how the character responds when he does finally lose the belt, though I think that the WWE might be moving towards having a long-reigning ROH-esque champ on one of the brands. It makes Cena, Raw, and the E look more legitimate.

I'll give credit where credits due and say that his match tonight was pretty enjoyable. It wasn't a masterpeice or anything, but it was entertaining enough. That being said, I still see no reason to care about Cena other than because WWE tells me to. Screw you WWE.

I still think he sucks. There's nothing they could ever do that would change my opinion on Cena. He's still the same over-exposed crappy wrestler he's always been. Just because he's good at brawling means nothing. At the end of the day he's still crap and nothing will ever change that.

Other, he doesn't suck, and he isn't awesome. I do think he's above average. Though, he's no Mike Sanders.

Enough with it already! They're trying to outdo Hogan and it's just the wrong way to go.
Sample:
Win Win Lose Win Lose Win Win Win (A credible championship run)
Cena:
Win Win Win (Overcome odds - handicap match) Lose Win Win Win (Fights with broken collarbone) Win (Fights with ruptured spleen) Win (Battles cybernetic half ape, half sea monster without the use of his right leg and left arm)
This is a mess. It's not credible. It's the "easy way". They've got to fix this.

Honestly the last time I can remember being entertained by a Cena match (besides ONS 2, which the crowd made) is Cena vs Eddie in a Parking Lot Brawl, whenever THAT was.
So, yeah. Still Sucks.

I think it was more due to Umaga and whoever "produced" the match than Cena. Cena didn't do too much differently than he always does in big PPV matches, but Umaga was slightly more impressive than usual. Eh.

He sucks even harder now. He no-sold a kayfabe ruptured spleen by running the ropes and Hulking up, and he basically killed 10 months of work they put into the Umaga character. I can't stand Umaga, but it pisses me off that I had to look at him week after damn week for a year, just to find out it was so he could job to SuperCena.

I guess you can't break old grudges. Cena earned a lot of my respect last night and Umaga came out looking like a bonafide monster. That entire arena seemed convinced he wasn't getting up from that splash through the table and then got up on four after basically being choked out. The important thing is that every second of it seemed convincing. In kayfabe, if this forum thinks of the champ as "Supercena", then certainly AAE knows better and knew it was gonna take more than a damn wrench to win the title. Someone said that undoing the turnbuckle was a step making the match more of an Umaga-style environment and I agree with that. There's really not a whole lot you can go against on this match when the ultimate payoff was highly productive.
