I HATED cheif morley so much! ranked right up there with shane mcmahon,randy orton and edge-so smug and always screwing stuff up for others(i know thats his job, but I absolutely hated him)and not in that "love to hate him" sort of way either

Val Venis is wated potential. He was mega over during the attitude era and even held the IC title, well, so did everyone else back then. He was a perfect example of what the WWE was during the Attitude era over the top and over sexual. How was he not a star?

How was he not a star? in a way, Vince's spoof on the PTC(which Morley was later a part of) took two of his most infamous wrestlers and cleaned them up, thus appearing to give in, in the process

I liked it. I was actually more bothered when the Venis and Godfather gimmicks came back after the RTC. I always felt they both ran their course and it was time for a change. Besides, the Chief Morley stuff gave him a role that got him on TV and involved in many important angles.
