It would end up being a large "Scott Hall had personal demons" disc.

I've always believed if Hall would have stayed with the WWF he would have eventually had World Championship run, I think that's one of the sadder things about his career he let his substance abuse get in the way of him becoming a top guy. Very true.....had he stayed with the E, and stayed clean, he may have just had that championship run. I personally always wished wCw would have let him beat Goldberg for the title, and create the fatal crack in the foundation of the nWo.....thus splintering the core group for good. Then, they could have had Hall defect to wCw, and at least give wCw a "cool" guy to root for, while Nash and Hogan feuded over the remains of the nWo. It was always rather sad that NWO split became about just Nash and Hogan, Hall easily should have played just as an important part as each of them did.

Yes yes, a thousand times yes! Hall is one of my all-time favorite wrestlers. And he was incredibly popular during his run in WWF, and in the nWo. He took two simple words (Hey Yo!), and made them awesome. Plus, I would love to see his match with Vader again. That was a good one. Goldust, too, from Royal Rumble 96.
In short, Hall was awesome.

"Good news, everyone!"WWE 24/7 is replaying the '96 Rumble, and yes, the Razor vs. Goldust IC Title match is fantastic. Which Vader match are you talking about? Don't remember it exactly.

Can't remember when exactly it was, but it was between Mania 12 and SummerSlam 96. It was Ramon's last match with the company (well, on TV, anyway. He might've done a few house shows). It was one of the In Your Houses.

Was never a huge Hall fan. I liked Razor well enough, but was never really impressed by any of his matches. I liked his two ladder matches with HBK, but besides that, not such a fan.

No, I just can't think of a time I liked him without Nash involved. I'd rather have one with those two talking about their early days in WCW, to WWF, back to WCW, the nWo, the Outsiders and the return to WWE (if WWE has the rights to TNA by then, then that as well). Add in some Waltman, Trips and HBK stories to go with it and it would be gold for me. sounds like a documentery on the Kliq to me lol

I absolutely would want a Scott Hall DVD. Sure there would be talk about personal demons and stuff, but that would be an interesting story.
And I disagree with those saying he didn't contribute anything. I think his ladder match with HBK at WM10 was great and set the stage for all ladder matches to come. Regarding "if Hall wasnt in the match, someone else would have", who then? Shawn vs Mabel? Shawn vs Doink? Shawn vs Tatanka? I think the only guys who would have faced Shawn in the match which would have been as good as Razor was probably Bret or Owen. If it were Bret or Owen in the ladder match, it would have been great. But the Hart brothers totally needed to face each other due to their feud, so Razor was probably the next best choice.
I think Scott Hall contributed in some smaller ways too that are often overlooked. He is the first guy I ever saw to a crotch chop. Remember his whole "Down where? Down THERE" thing that he would say and then do a crotch chop? He did that before DX used to.

I've always found Scott Hall boring compared to the rest of the cliq or nWo. I don't think he's contributed anything significant to the history of wrestling. And he's a boring wrestler. I hope you didn't think Hall was boring as a wrestler compared to Nash or Hogan? Granted, Hall had a limited moveset, but the definition of limited moveset is Nash and Hogan. Hall atleast has some classic matches under his belt(HBK ladder match). Also, Hall threw the sweetest punch in wrestling.

I'd consider giving it a purchase as long as there was a lot of his matches on there as opposed to loads of insight on his personal life.

A Hall DVD would indeed be fantastic if they did it in the same format as the Bret or Rowdy ones.
I still can't believe he never had a run with the WCW world belt.
