Q: Do you have any Bret the Hitman Hart figures or is it just the dingo warrior? Jan-20-07 A: It's funny, but so very appropriate, the Bret Hart figure bows in the presence of an Ultimate Warrior one and calls Him, "Excellence." Seems that the Excellence of Execution Bret used was really all along a tribute to my Excellence in all ways. Thanks for the amusement. rofl@@@ does he have any friends left from the business at all? this was in his past auctions... THE ULTIMATE COFFEE MAKER

Wait a minute, Wait a minute.... Warrior capitalizes the h in "Him" when referring to himself? I'm not a very religious person myself, but even I can spot blasphemy like that a mile away.

It's one thing to make fun of the Warrior here on our forum (and Ive done it too), but be careful when making fun of him in his own element. He already hates the WC forum and WC in general. He once threatened RD with legal action during that whole fiasco with SomethingAwful, remember? He thought that the Wrestlecrap forum and the SA message board was sabotaging his web site. It could happen again. I'm drawing a blank; how did those lawsuits turn out? Oh yeah, that's right, nothing happened because no laws were violated, but apparantley all you have to do to scare some people on here is throw the word "lawsuit" around and no matter how baseless it is. Oh, and a big thumbs-up to the mods, who seem to me at least to be all too eager to help Warrior's webmaster sue people on here for asking stupid questions on eBay.

Have y'all noticed not one person has bid on this auction? You think that would tell him something.

Sure it's stupid to sue somebody over asking questions, but as for the mods being too eager, the rules state: "we won't be taking the fall for you." So it makes sense that the mods would be willing to give up e-mail addresses and other user info to people threatening lawsuits. Otherwise they'd get a lawsuit themselves.

What I don't get is how Warrior expects people to actually like him and want to buy his stuff with his elitist, stuck-up attitude. Charging people 500 bucks for merchandise that frankly isn't worth that much is as much an act of contempt as mocking Renegade after his death. That said, I didn't actually send him any questions because of Nietzsche's philosophy "If you look too long at the abyss, the abyss looks back at you". He seems like the type of person who would really overreact and send out a lawsuit just for talking to him, like the Phelps group people.

You know, I really used to like this guy, but as time goes on, he's becoming more of a nutjob. I guess that's what happens when you believe your own hype.

Here's what I asked:
If hope your action figure isn't gay and tries molesting my Steve Urkel doll. Queering don't make the world go 'round.

And to the mods, get real.
Ebay is a public website. No ones making Warrior use it. People have the right to ask stupid questions, just as much as Warrior has the right to sell his crappy stuff.

Ya, but I figured that at least they'd realize how f***ing groundless any lawsuit would be, and not say stuff that implies that they WANT people to get sued.

Ya, but I figured that at least they'd realize how waxing groundless any lawsuit would be, and not say stuff that implies that they WANT people to get sued. Exactly. Anyone with the slightest clue to how the legal system works would know that Warrior is a clown and would have no basis to sue anyone.

Check out something awful.com. He's serious about people harassing him. We don't care what you do off-board. If you want to attract his dubious attentions, be our guest. But know that bragging about it here could bring US trouble and we're not going to take the heat for stupid crap people do. Harassing someone on the internet can bring all kinds of legal issues, whether or not they're pet-coon-crazy. As groundless as his lawsuit might be, is it really out of the realm of possibility that he'd file one, get an injunction and get us closed down? I've seen it happen to other boards and sites of every ilk. You wanna go and poke someone who doesn't have a problem whipping out the lawyers? Go to it. Just know that, as the rules state, we're not taking the fall for you.

Well, regarding the Something Awful thing, you might notice that with all the threats his mouthpiece threw out, not once was Richard Kyanka contacted by a lawyer. All he could do was talk a bunch of big threats that had nothing behind them. I can see why you as a mod would be afriad of an injunction closing the site down, but in all actuality that absolutley could not happen. Now with that being said, I think there's a lot of people on here that are being totally unfair to the guy. I mean, has the guy said some stuff in the past that is totally insane? Absolutley. Is $500 a bit much for two action figures and some autographs? I think so, so I'm not bidding on 'em. But there's some people that wanna pester the guy just 'cause he used to be in the public eye and now they think they can be cool if they make fun of him. I mean, if he actually finds someone to give him that much money for the stuff, can you really blame him for selling it that high? Judging by his past record on there, people have (and the people who buy it seems have no problem dealing with him). I'm not chastizing people for making fun of him, 'cause they have every right in the world to, but I think it'd be easier for people who want him to go away to just leave him alone and let him post his ramblings on the Web to an audience of no one. PS: And let's also take into effect the fact that he's still alive and seemingly happy with his life and hasn't OD'd or committed suicide like a lot of peoples' wrestling heroes on here.

I don't use the word "absolutely" very much because nothing is absolute. ProBoards shuts down boards all the time for all kinds of reasons. I think a complaint from a public figure about harassment would be plenty enough for them. I was just using Something Awful as an example of his willingness to start firing back. Thusfar it's been a lot of bluster in that case. But actual harassment? I'm not so sure. I just want to keep THIS site out of it. There's no need to ruin what is, for the most part, a fun board by bringing down the Wrath of Crazy Jim. And people do it because he's an easy (and sometimes eager) target. He says tons of crazy junk, he sounds crazy saying it and he's got no problem yelling back. It's tailor made for public poking. And 500 is a LOT for action figures. But hasn't he sold stuff on eBay succesfully before? It's a lot, but sometimes people are willing to pay a lot for stuff. Check out WWE.com's crazy auction area. People pay for panties, for criminy's sake. (IMO, it's nuts to ask that much, but hey, if he can get it...)
