Do you think WWE will induct him? His death is close to the HOF date.
I really hope they do. Even though it's a shame that the only reason he'll be inducted (this year) is because he died
Also, did SD mention it?

SD did not mention it. But I hope RAW mentions it.

I kind of think he'll get in at some point, considering he was a part of probably THE most highly publicized Wrestlemania main event in the history of the event against LT, but I dunno if it'll be this year.

How should we know? If so, I hope Tazz is still with the company to induct him.

No this year, but eventually.

I think it also depends on how he died. If he died of an OD, then not for a few years.

My gut tells me he'll be inducted a year or two from now. I think they've already chosen this year's inductions.
Not to play devil's advocate here, but even if he OD'd, I feel he still deserves a hall of fame induction for his accomplishments and contributions to the world of Professional Wrestling. His career spanned over 20 years and three major federations. I wasn't aware of any reputation he had, but still, that's his personal life, and not what we respected him for. It was his on-air work in the ring that most of us will remember him for.

If he was inducted this year, who would do the honors? But I can't see him in there for another couple of years, especially with Hogan leaking this year's list

Not this year, but he'll be in there at some point. Even if he hadn't done much else in his career he probably would've went in just for his match with LT. The Beast From the East had one of my favorite looks in wrestling, the flame covered suit, flames tattooed on his head, and he'd do anything you want in the ring.

I'm as big of a Bam-Bam fan as anyone, but I fear this will be like Curt where we find out it was an OD. In conclusion, I don't think he's getting in.

I think it would be appropriate if they did it this year.

I don't see it happening, and I'm actually really fine with that. Unless they were gonna induct him this year anyway, I don't think his death (while tragic RIP) should vault him over other guys getting in.

Might I also add that he was a great big man, but never an icon. Honestly I never heard his name brought up in HOF talks until he passed on.

To get inducted this year would seem like a gimme, but he definetly should be

I think he should be. Even though he died, i still think he should be inducted even before his death. Bam Bam was one of the most liked superstars of all time. May he R.I.P

Since they put him in Smackdown vs. Raw 07, I was hoping he'd get in this year. He definitely deserves to get in, whenever it happens. I agree with whoever said Tazz should induct him.....but they'd probably f*** it all up and have LT do it.
I still don't have an Xbox 360, but I think I'll have to hook up my old PS1 and kick some ass as him on WrestleMania: The Arcade Game later on. ;D
