Ok heres one thing that makes absolutely no sense. Mercury is announced as 200 lbs and Nitro is 220 lbs yet neither can challenge for the cruiserweight title.
Vito however is 250 classified as light heavyweight and is a contender for the CW title.

And nitro and Mercury can carry The Undertaker in a Suplex.
They pretty much made every single guy who his over a Heavyweight so they could ignore their own stupiod controls. Aslo, they gave Eddie and RVD styles that heavyweights can´t use.
I stoped playing this game. Too much bullcrap in one DVD to me.

I think I might end up reverting to SVR06. I actually had fun in that. This has had very few bright spots, and the number of moves removed, moveset restrictions, idiotic weight classes, and removal of move-assignment slots are pissing me off to no end. The roster is good and some match types are better, but the core of the game- the wrestlnig side, is screwed due to weight class and mvoe set restrictions and removals.

Yeah, it's kinda frustrating. I like the controls and the roster better in the new game, but everything else was better in last year's game.

I just watched a cutscene with Trish Stratus and Chris Masters in, and on Trish's women's title belt, the old WWF scratch logo is clearly visible.

What's everyone's favorite moves in the game?
I love the Tiger Bomb 1, where you drop the guy right on his head and then sort of awkwardly fold him up for the pin. It looks very good, unlike many of the bomb manuvers in this game, which look far too safe and gentle for a video game.
The Crucifix Headscissors, Neckbreaker 1 (looks like the Fall-From-Grace or Ego Trip), Running STO and Blackout Hold are all mainstays for my CAWs.
Oh, and I just found out that you can do multiple powerbombs with the Ultimate Control powerbomb move, which is far too fun to be legal. I can either give someone a Razor's Edge out of the ring, or demolish them with three powerbombs. Hmmm.

The finishers for my guy are Code of silence Judgement Slam
Those moves are actually appealing to me.
Try out these situations: Play as the undertaker, get a finisher and a blinking stamina bar, Irish whip your opponent into the same vehicle, and hit L1
Also
Do the same as above but with Rey Mysterio and into the broken glass of the limmo and hit L1. Good stuff, good stuff.

The Code of Silence looks okay and has a cool name, but it does terrible damage.
Honestly, it does less damage than a regular joe DDT or a sidewalk slam.

Question from someone living in the last generation (No 360 yet)
Can you put mp3s or regular cdr tracks on the Xbox 360 hard drive, and if so, can you use them for entrance themes in the game?

Damn.....that's kind of a ripoff for a $400 system and a $60 game. I should just get a PS2 and play the last couple editions of SD vs. Raw. I know they've got to be waaay better than WM21 and Raw 2 ;D

Does anyone here played Smackdown 2 ? The season mode is any good? Haven't played it in years, I only remember waiting out ridiculously long load times for stupid 3 second cutscenes saying "TAKA (or any other lower midcarder) HAS ARRIVED IN THE ARENA!" and showing whoever it was walking in a hallway. The season mode would be good except it makes you sit through every cpu vs cpu match. Thankfully not loading the entire match as it happens, but it goes to a screen where the life bars go back and forth and some irritating music plays. Other than that, it's got the Dudley Boyz in tie dye, so buy it.

I've never got an answer on this, its the one thing I'm unsure about on this game. I've wasted HOURS trying, and it doesnt seem possible, but DAMMIT IT SHOULD BE.
If I set up a table on the floor at ringside, and am standing in the ring with my opponent, is there any way to use the UC powerbomb, chokeslam, or gorilla press to throw them over the top rope, THROUGH the table? Every time I try it they miss the table.

Aren't the Van Daminator and the Van Terminator the same, as they're both just kicking a chair to the head, which you can do in the game? Or are we talking Shane-O-Mac style Van Terminator where he goes coast-to-coast and kicks the garbage can in your face...WHICH WOULD BE SO COOL IF WE COULD DO IT IN THE GAME! Wow. Just. Wow.

I'm sure you cant, after the literal HOURS I spent in 2006 trying to use superplexes, Acid Drops, and tornado DDT's through tables set up near corners (yep, cant do that either, they just shove the table harmlessly aside) Is there any real reason they dont fire the brain dead chimps that work in these games and just hire me? Granted I have no programming knowledge, but, its not like the ideas I have are impossible or anything. If I had a competant staff at my disposal I could easily have the greatest wrestling game of all time created.
