Well, after waiting two long years, Cablevision finally offered 24/7 as of yesterday. And in typical Cablevision fashion, they @#$% everything up. I am all subscribed, they sent "signals out to all four boxes" and for hours no end, all I keep getting is a giant gray box that says "Unable to find information" before I hit play for each program. This company rivals AOL as worst in the world.
Is anyone else having this problem?

This did happen when Comcast first got it. I was unable to get to use it until then end of the day.

Hell Comcast had massive problems for months. I lost the entire "Shorties" program catagory for 4 months!

This company rivals AOL as worst in the world. Is anyone else having this problem? I know how you feel man. I use to have Cablevision before getting Fios. Another example of Cablevision being awful was just recently. A senior citizen complained to Cablevision that their prices were getting too high for him. They suggested him "getting a small side job" so he could afford it
