To carry on the way the Wrestlers from the 80's did?
Some people look and think stuff like the Wrestling album and some of the older skits on TNT were goofy, or wrestlecrap worthy, this isn't a thread about whether you liked it or not, but if today's stars could pull things like that off, I mean personally I couldn't see Jeff Hardy or Randy Orton in a music video that was made for fun.

Do I think they can? Yes. I think they probably all have enough of a personality since they got hired in the first place. However, I think it will never happen since WWE seems to trying to maintain a "New Kayfabe" so to speak and trick make everyone they can.

I'd like to see a new version of Piledriver. Hell, bring back Koko to sing the new version. I just want to see what would happen

I dunno. Wrestlemania: The Album gave us stuff like "The Man in Black" about the Undertaker and "Never been a Right Time to Say Goodbye" by Bret Hart.
I don't know if anyone could handle that much arterie-clogging cheese nowadays.

To answer somewhat seriously, current WWE wrestlers have plenty of gimmicks, but maybe not so much personality.

To answer somewhat seriously, current WWE wrestlers have plenty of gimmicks, but maybe not so much personality. I disagree. I think the majority of them have plenty of personality, but the gimmicks and very tight scripts prevent them from showing it.
