When WWE announced that they were adding a Juniors division to SmackDown! I was excited because we were gonna to see these great athletes fly. But what happens, WWE has to limit them (probably because they were afraid they'd show up the rest of the WWE roster) & make them work the WWE safe style, makes me sick. For those of you who doubt the Juniors, watch this vid.

Ya reason 23 I stopped watching SmackDown. Midgets are boring in a wrestling ring.

Wow, those guys are pretty damn talented. But it looks like they're practicing moves through the whole thing.
Edit: Dammit, Mascarita Sagrada loves arm drags. I half-expected that suicide dive at 1:45 to end in an arm drag.
Actually, I would LOVE to see someone do that.

If women aren't given a chance in the WWE, what chance did they have? -.-

I can actually see that happening...AND IT LOOKS AWESOME!

If women aren't given a chance in the WWE, what chance did they have? -.- Women and midgets are only good for novelty acts in mainstream American wrestling, business wise. Who said that? Freddie Blassie said that. I take Blassie's word on everything.

Little Bastard has become a big star now. Maybe Finlay can hide under the ring for Bastards matches.

It was such a random decision by WWE to bring in midgets. There was just no logic to it at all.
That said, those guys look very talented. Mascarita Sagrada puts Rey to shame.

Unfortunatley what's in that vid wasn't what was happening on Smackdown. Instead we got the same tired midget jokes from four decades ago that took FOR-EV-ER.

I thought this was a horrible idea when they did it. I mean, it just came out of nowhere.

I enjoyed it when they had a couple of decent matches, which were more than just the same old midget spots. I knew it wouldn't last though, those poor Juniors...

But it looks like they're practicing moves through the whole thing. Pretty much all Lucha looks like that - guys politely setting up moves for their opponents, etc.

Not to mention that the guy WWE seemed to have hand-picked to be the Ace of the division was Super-freakin'-Porky. A Midget, Mexican equivalent to Viscera who carries around a ham with him at all times?
Great idea there, WWE.

He never wrestled in a single WWE match, so I don't know how he was picked to be the "Ace of the division". The truth is, the fans didn't care. And I remember back on this site, everyone was calling the whole thing a joke before it even started.
