Andrew you're one of my favorite posters but I simply don't agree with you here.
For example, I can't remember the last time Dutt or Shelley had a match on Impact.

Dutt had a match last Thursday.
Shelley, honestly I have noticed a distinct lack of Shelley on my TV and I'm not very happy about it.

I saw my first TNA only about half a year ago. And imo, the quality of the programming has gone downhill since then. One wonders how the purest of pure TNA marks are still behind it so seeing as how some of their guys aren't getting the time to wrestle they once were. The wrestling is why people love TNA, all the other stuff is why some started watching TNA in the first place. It was an alternative, now it slowly slides into being the same old thing with different guys.
