I remember this. All of the heel managers were vying to add Savage to their own respective managerial stables, but Savage snubbed all of them by announcing Elizabeth as his manager. As for the announcing, Vince was a perv even back then so what do you expect

Vince was always a perv with Liz. Ventura would make a joke about it almost every time she showed up on camera. It does show that Vince's perverted nature was built up over many years. Thankfully this was the '80's, where Vince had some restraint.
Off the top of my head, Liz looked her best during WrestleMania IV. She came out in four different outfits (since Savage wrestled four times) and during the Savage/Dibiase match she looked absolutely stunning. Definitely one of my first crushes.
