Bob Backlund, 58, walks to and from the hotel to the Impact Zone - and it's a long walk - 30 to 60 minutes. He attributes his current good health to all the walking he does and estimates he finds an average of 50 cents a day in change while walking. He also starts his day with a glass of carrot juice and garlic. He says the concoction is the closest thing in nature to "human blood."

Consuming garlic actually increases testosterone levels in men. Backlund's a smart guy and probably has lots of energy. Its good to see he's doing so well at that age. The guy doesn't even look like he's 50 yet.

He aged so well. He doesn't look close to 58 nor does he move around like he almost 60. He as taken great care of himself.
