Basically, he says things so people get mad at him and do what you did, post the video so that others hear about him.

He calls himself "Controversal" and tries harder and harder to get people to acknowledge him.

If you don't like him, then don't look at him. Stop him where it hurts, his ego. His number of "views" go down, he gets desparate, nothing works, he disappears.
