I've read that Paul did some of his best work since the early days of ECW there in 2005. He started in July, I think.
I was wondering if anyone knew exactly when he left to start that...THING...on Sci Fi? Also, did anyone here ever see it?
I decided to get a DVD collecting shows for the month of JUly just to check it out. If I like it, I may get more.
Anyone else know anything important about Paul's time in OVW?

He started in July 05 and stayed down there in OVW till the spring of 2006 when they replaced him with Greg Gagne, and the product wasn't that hot from what I understand.
Heyman's tenure had the superhot Johnny Jeter vs. Matt Cappotelli and CM Punk/Brent Albright (Gunner Scott) feuds which were great to watch.

I really enjoyed it, it had a edgy old ECW sort of feel. Sadly, it's the closest thing to what the new ECW might have been if Heyman had been given full control.

I've been able to find a few DVDs with shows from specific months during his tenure as well as some "Best of CM Punk on OVW" DVDs on ROHwrestling.com, ebay, and other sites. If I like what I see, I may just try to get some of them. Thanks for the info, guys.

He did a good job with Daniel Puder also. Him and Ken Anderson(Kennedy) were working together well.
