I'm here to echo the sentiment of "What the f*** were they thinking with that camera shit?"

TNA was once exciting & innovative, but they tried to ape the biggest guys inthe marketplace. They want to attract WWE fans, that's the problem. Alot of TNA fans (myself included) are NOT WWE fans. Rather than trying to get the fans of a rival interested, why not try to keep the fans you have content?. The problem is that their aren't enough fans currently watching TNA. They have no choice but to try to bring in others. If they could do that then maybe those fans will become regular watchers of TNA.

I didn't see the show, but that camera had better have been Satan incarnate for you guys to still be whining about it. Isn't there anything else going on today?

The problem is TNA is not even competition. WWE has it's own stock, 5 hours of programming, own territories, one live show, video production, and wrestlers that appear in commericals/talk shows. TNA is nowhere near it, and it is struggling to get a 2 hour show on one program. It will take years for TNA to be in half of what WWE is at right now and unlike the WWE, they can't afford to lose money by alienating the fans with the crap Russo is putting out.

I've yet to post about the show, so I can't comment about people "still" complaining about it. But I can assure you that it was aggravating enough to make me stop watching the show within a couple of matches. It's the same bullcrap that they do with the camera during promo packages for PPVs and to summarize iMPACT! That super-zoom-in-then-go-out-of-focus-then-back-into-focus-only-to-show-the-person -in-soap-opera-style-quality.

I like TNA..but as of right now I look forward to Smackdown alot more.
Still...I don;t really care if TNA ever "competes" with WWE...as long as it becomes self sustaining and successful in the long term.

I wouldn't say NEVER, because who knows what could happen in the years to come. But it certainly won't anytime soon. They should just focus on putting out a decent product than trying to compete with the E right now.
And they should fire Russo. I will never stop saying that.

And they should fire Russo. I will never stop saying that. If you mean by that, set him on fire, I agree. Wishing him well in his future endeavors is also a good alternative.

Angle VS Joe One better than any WWE Angle match? Dude look at my sig.... that was one of the top five matches of the Decade! Are you addressing me? When did I say Angle/ Joe I was better than any of his WWE matches? Here's the post I made: And that Angle/Joe match was god waxing awful. I thought it was more hard hitting & realistic than any match Angle had in his WWE career. To each his own, I suppose. "Hard-hitting & realistic" were the terms used to describe it. Not "better".

Man, Brian Knobbs had better throw Finlay through a table tonight and severely lacerate his knee.

Russo is doing his job he is taking people who no charchter and no purpose at all and giving it some point. More X-Division? No that was the problem in the first place. To much focus on that is what caused the Heavyweight division to look weak. Russo by taking people out of that division and focusing on the heavyweight division is what should have been done in the first place. Making Joe/Styles/Daniels seem more important than what is going on in the main event to me was stupid, lazy booking. Russo by using Joe and Christian as he is now is great. Sure right now it's growing pains with Russo. But it will get better I mean TNA is doing great and is far better shape than Russo was in WCW. It's really just his name that garners controversy, if someone else had wrote it the same way it wouldn't get any attention whatsoever.

So instead being guys with "no character," the X-Division guys are now akin to "Nash's Lackey #1," "Nash's Lackey #2," and so on. I just don't see that as an improvement. And how much longer till it gets better? Is Russo working toward some grand plateau that will carry TNA to new heights, and we just have to hold on until he gets it there? Sorry, but I'm not convinced. Anyone who wants to ride the Russo-wave is welcome to it. I'll stick with the occasional E show and ROH DVDs.

Man, you can just do an amzing turnaround instantly. It took WWE years to get better and to a place that they took over the #1 Wrestling company in America. He is planting seeds for sucess. That takes time and you are asking for the crops right now.
With the X-Division they are slowly giving the guys some sort of charchter so they can get over. I being with Nash has vastly improved Shelley to a level he can be pushed and is very entertaining lately. Austin Starr is much better than the void of personality that was Aires. Senshi is great the whole warrior concept is very cool in my book he needs to get more matches though to get over. Sabin as a cocky young heel has been great and I like the feud so far with Lynn, it is developing Sabin to a point he can be something later in his career.
Than you have the two out of the loop Sonjay Dutt and Jay Lethal both are talented wrestlers but both lack a gimmick so far. What I would do is have Lethal tag with Starr and give him an old school eighties cocky gimmick like Savage or Rude and put them in the tag division and you have potential. Now Dutt i'm sort of lost what to do with him. I would have him go "Bollywood" and have him tag with The Truth and call them the Bollywood-Hollywood Connection.

That takes time and you are asking for the crops right now. I keep hearing this, and it's a weak argument. Even though they weren't #1 in the ratings, WWE was still putting out good shows while in second. It was those good shows that made people watch. TNA's not putting out good shows. If Aires was so devoid of personality, why was he so wildly over in ROH? I understand it's a different crowd, but if he was THAT dull, I doubt they would've made him one of the few to decisively defeat Samoa Joe--and for the World Title no less. I don't really see how Sabin mocking Lynn by dressing in a daiper and carrying a walker is a good feud. I think it's just stupid. As for the rest, like I said, I don't see them as much for than "Nash's Lackeys #1 and #2." How about, I dunno, letting them be themselves and get over on their own merits? Didn't some of the greatest performers in the business--Ric Flair, Bret Hart, Mick Foley, Steve Austin--get over that way?

(1 All I was saying is it take time to build a decent product. The way they were first building the program was very bush league and they are trying to make it entertaining.
(2 Aires in ROH and Aires in TNA are two diffrent things in ROH he stood out from most people there and mostly because with ROH it's all about wrestling. In TNA much diffrent it's about entertainment and Aires couldn't get over. With the Starr gimmick he can.
With Sabin he's just a stupid young punk you see on MTV I liken him to Bam Magera on MTV. You are not supose to like him since he thinks he's all great when although he has talent he dosen't use it and thats why it makes it good Lynn is trying to better him and Sabin feels Lynn is a guy who's time has passed and he believes he is the biggest thing since slice bread
(3 Nash's "Lackies" well it's still much better than having pointless matches and via the segments they are developing personality. Like I said it takes time and they will get real gimmicks soon it's just that they don't know what will click with fans yet.
(4 With some people you really can't just be yourself. With some they can and have to. The best charchters are ones that are just an overamplified version of themselves like Austin, Rock and Flair. But alot of these guys haven't got the mic skills to do that. So they need to find a gimmick that will relate to fans. Thats harder than it sounds. They need to be better developed before you can give them pushes. Also they didn't try to give them any sort of gimmick and said you can do flips just perform in a good match. It dosen't work like that. Thats why Styles didn't work Nationally and why these guys didn't work.
