Hey, I was right. Some people really had some over the top expectations for this. Just because WWE wasn't on doesn't mean those people were going to watch TNA.

11 people were dead on. I guessed .1 higher than this.
It was also the same as the average Imapct. I guess the real impact (damn pun) of the special will be seen on Thur.'s rating.

I wonder whether TNA management will see this as a success or failure?

So the only people who watched are the people who already watch iMPACT anyways. Great.

I can't help but feel it would've been a lot more productive for the company to heavily promote a live 2hr show. Oh well, I guess Thursday's Impact will be an important one, ratings-wise.

The average impact is a .9-1.1 This is an above average rating. But of course they would wish for more. Maybe if they spent more time advertising, instead of making the decision about a week before.

Yeah, likely needed more advertising. It's not like the whole WWE audience even knows of TNA's existence (though a large portion do), so it's not a matter of "Ooh, Raw's cancelled, guess everyone will check US out now!"
Really should've decided to do this the minute they knew what day the dog show was. That may be Spike's fault, though...the channel, not Dudley.

It's a conspiracy, they don't really want you to know my 600.9 rating was correct.

They'll be lucky to get a .6 on Thursday night going against a RAW with a main event featuring Undertaker, Cena, Batista, & HBK

Given how bad the prime time rating has been (.9), anything like a 1.2 is good.

And to the TNA marks who thought this was going to pull in RAW numbers or more, I say, "nyah nyah nyah nyah nyaaah nyah, ha ha ha ha haaa ha." [/Cartman]

"This is TNA" was a bad idea, 2hr live show was the way to go imo
