I smell a new character: "Angry Wrestler Dad". A rookie wrestler makes his debut in either TNA or WWE and his dad shows up at his matches drunk and constantly interferes in his son's matches and gets in fights with fans and refs. Book it, Steph or Russo!

I mean, I understand being concerned about your kids health since it did look like he rolled his shoulder, but the ref is right there and it wasn't like he was purposely stretching his arm out.
If he coaches wrestling, he should know that much, much worse things go on on the mat than that and if his kid wants to get better he has to fight through that stuff.
