Yeah, "Reckless Youth" Tom Carter is/was one of the best pure indy guys ever, although he did have a WWE developmental contract a few years back, but decided against it and asked for his release, as I remember.

Him trying that crap on Regal looked so crappy, and by then the beer gut, sleeveless t-shirt, and receeding hairline made him look more like:

reckless youth is indie famous for being the co-founder of chikara and also being in the indies for an insane amount of time.
