Like 10000000000000x over, with the whole storyline especially with tonight. And to think when they first started the Roode storyline (pre-Traci) it was actually good. Oh yeah so did the Tuxedo match.

I stopped paying attention for awhile in the middle of this show. The last couple of matches saved this one.
They could have done much more with Roode than they have. And this is pre-Russo, they screwed him up.

Roode (pre-Traci) seemed like he was destined for great things, having managers such as Heenan, Sherri, Col. Parker after him made him seem like a big deal, now the guy could barely get a match on Impact, much less a PPV.
This storyline isn't doing him any favors.

Editor's note: Backlund didn't go into the apartment, just where Shelley, et al were holding the screening. Although it would've been nice if something actually happened during the in-ring bit. Like, oh, I dunno, Young revealing he signed D-Ray 3000's name on the contract instead of his. They could've skipped the whole humiliation bit.

Man, I like Bob and all, but I liked the random references to him, and maybe 1 or 2 appearences a month maybe. But now he's getting more air time than some of the Main Eventers

eh whatever.
they already screwed up bobby roode's push before russo anyway.
hell bobby roode is starting to remind me of dr. death now on how bad TNA is booking him.
let's run down some things they did wrong:
here's a guy who has good charisma and good mic skills, so what should we do? GIVE HIM A MANAGER OF COURSE! now this wouldn't have been so bad if they, oh iono, got a manager who's actually good. but no they give him a manager who has mic skills worse then the wrestler she's suppose to put over! GOOD WORK TNA!
Another thing they did wrong with roode was make his gimmick seem pointless. here was a guy being pushed to be the next big thing in wrestling. They had AWESOME promos with all the managers and even ring announcers putting him over. and what do they do to show how great of a wrestler he is... put him on pre-show PPV matches. HE WASN'T EVEN ON IMPACT!!! Why should I belive this guy's the next big deal when he doesn't have squash matches on the t.v. show?
now I actually don't mind what russo is doing with rude now, because atleast it gives roode SOMETHING to do and be involved with. sure it may seem stupid and pointless, but atleast he's finally feuding with someone! something that the old TNA bookers failed to do.

Still it's awful for him, sure he's on TV and all, but his push is pretty much gone and this "feud" if you want to call it that isn't exactly putting him in the upper-tier of TNA's roster. It's horrible.
