I'm scared. That'd be sweet and I'd get that PPV. Hopefully it's not lame. At least TNA tries to incorporate new matches though.

Scaffold matches tend to be a let down. Not many guys are willing to take a big, unnecessary bump like that.

Might be cool, but I'd hold off on believing that one. I haven't heard or seen anything about that on PWI.

He'd have to be in every one, if someone like an Angle took a bump like that, he'd probably die or something. This could be interesting or disastrous, as in 1991 Great American Bash disastrous.

I dislike Scaffold matches. They have to great of a possibility of someone getting hurt. Also they usually aren't that entertaining and tend to be boring. The only one that I did like was the Dreamer/Lee High Incident match that was actually cool. Nut I don't think TNA should do this.

This causes many, many questions.
What kind of scaffold? No really. How wide would they make this thing? How far off the crowd? Were the wrestlers considered in the plan?
Most importantly...
Will it be a reverse scaffold match, where you have to put your opponent on top of it?

To make this seem special they need to completely disregard AJ's scaffolding spot from Lockdown last year or this will REALLY be a big letdown

I've never seen a scaffold match.
I'd have a clean slate so I wouldn't be let down. Thats a first

I know this is probaly a slam of Russo but I liked the Reverse Battle Royal!

They hate new ideas. For the record, I hated it because it was completely asinine, completely overbooked and a complete clusterf***. It was so overbooked in fact that they taped an angle with The James Gang that night that they weren't even able to show because so much else happened. They just had Tenay mention that something went on with them "during the commercial break." Plus they had a bunch of other angles that started or continued from earlier on that had NOTHING to do with the Battle Royal that was taking place.

I liked the Elimination Chamber concept when it was first introduced in 2002, the Reverse Battle Royal sounded stupid and had so many damned rules, it was dumb,IMO.

It was basically a regular one with an additional step. No need for "so many damn rules", really. Also, if most of the X-Division can do the Ultimate X, then they can do the scaffold. Might even be another X-Division match speciality.

Lost interest halfway through for me personally. To each his own. Hopefully this thing doesn't bomb or have people hurt themselves unnecessarily in some out of control spotfest.
