I've always been interested with him, well, not always, but he does fascinate me. I think he's what happens when you take wrestling too far and are too obsessed with it.
And the stop watch thing seems weird. He seems like a super smark.
He's certainly no Vladamir anyway (the black guy in the wife beater that's been at WWE shows for the past 15 years or so years, I think that's his name anyway). I saw him at Wrestlemania 7 and at ECW One Night Stand 2005.

From what I've gathered, he's rather annoying and just gets in the way of people enjoying the show, especially when he takes up several ringside seats with his fat butt.

Apparently he and ROH had a "falling out".

Apparently he and ROH had a "falling out". Is "falling out" ROHbot speak for 'wished well in his future endeavors'?

He shows up on Best of the WWF Volume 11 (i believe) and is the guy Piper pulls out of the crowd to ask who he should get to team with him against Orndorff and Race. Vladimir says "HULK HOGAN!"

He's basically a giant 35 year old virgin who put himself on a pinnicle over every other fan in the history of ROH because him and his stop watch is oh so important to the success of ROH. He used to buy up entire front rows, and he's imfamous for cutting lines because he's apparently an ROH "VIP". I personally couldn't be happier that i don't have to see his virgin supersmark mug anymore.

He actually had people chanting "F*** HIM UP LANTERN, F*** HIM UP!" at Hell Freezes Over when Chris Hero was out on the floor near him. Ugh.
