double underhook northern lights suplex hamerlock overhead (kind of like a northern lights suplex but with the opponent in a hammerlock shown here by Dean Malenko) there are more... but those are three I noticed right off the bat

Actually German suplex can be better described as waistlock suplex. While performing a belly to back suplex the wrestler stands not right behind the opponent but slightly to the side, and often hooks the opponent's leg.

Chicken wing half nelson? Kinda like a crossface chicken wing suplex, but with the arm behind the head/neck, rather than in front.
Double wrist clutch Northern light suplex. I've seen this move in a Japanese match, and on the SD! vs RAW games, I'm guessing that's what it's called.

Aztec Suplex: cross opponents arms in front of him, grab his hands, and execute as you would a German.
Samoa Joe used to do it as part of his ChimeraPlex combo.
