WRESTLING SOCIETY X RATING FOR SECOND WEEK ON MTV by Mike Johnson @ 12:01:00 AM on 2/8/2007
The second episode of MTV Wrestling Society X, headlined by Vampiro defeating Sean Waltman to become the first-ever WSX champion, scored a 0.9 rating. That was down from last week's 1.0.
Ratings were down for all of the series that comprise MTV's Tuesday night programming block, although WSX dropped the least. By comparison, MTV's top rated series "Two-A=Days" dropped from a 1.92 to a 1.67.

.9 is still pretty good for a relatively new show. Plus I'm sure the reruns get lots of ratings too, which helps

Plus I'm sure the reruns get lots of ratings too, which helps Especially considering this thuesday show they get their ratings from is actually a rerun too. Im sure a lot of peeps watch or set their DVR for the real first airing on friday. My guess is they will continue puting out seasons for this show wich like the show or not is a great thing for the sport.

That is a VERY good number. Barely dropping from your initial rating is good. First week ratings can tend to be way higher than the usual ratings for a show (people will watch the debut of something, decide it is crap, then never watch again).
