- There will be eight participants in this year’s Wrestlemania Money in the Bank match.
- The direction of the Undertaker vs. Batista match has apparently changed. The original idea was for Batista to end the Undertaker’s Wrestlemania winning streak, but now, it appears more likely that the Undertaker will prevail at Wrestlemania 23.
- As things stand, Mick Foley is not planned to have a role at Wrestlemania. He had tried to get a match for the event, which would have made sense with his “The Hardcore Diaries” book coming out early next month.

Eight?
So...3 from Raw, 3 from Smackdown, and 2 from ECW?
This is going to cluster...very quickly. Cluster I say!

Please let foley have a match, maybe Johnny Nitro (After the Milena embarassment)

Not sure if it's good or not, we shall see THANK GOD!!!!!! I really hope they have 'Taker win it, as Batista is the absolute worst choice imaginable I'm torn here. I love Foley, but I dont wanna see him job yet again

8? Good thing that works out evenly between the brands! 4 Raw, 3 SD, 1 ECW. Totally even.

NEWS: Undertaker either will or won't maintain his WrestleMania streak. More on this story as it develops. Thank you. Same thing I was thinking. With only two possibly scenarios (Taker loses Streak. Taker keeps streak) there is going to be so much stupid "Taker scheduled to lose!"/"Taker is scheduled to win!" junk that I may lose my mind. They don't know. It is a 50/50 guess. If they are wrong? "Vince changed his mind at the last second."

And in other news: The following people are or aren't in WWE's doghouse at this time: Melina, CM Punk, and RVD. More on this as we find out...or we'll just continue to make shit up like we always do.

Breaking News: As always, the safe-style rules will be laxed ever-so-slightly at Wrestlemania, giving us just enough hope to think that Vince has finally seen the light and realized that his superstars have way more talent than they have been allowed to show.
Of course 24 hours later we will return, blueballed, to the safe-style where a punch/kick combo is considered a "high risk move"

I wonder who the eight people in the MITB match will be?
My guesses: Raw Edge Orton J. Hardy
Smackdown King Booker Kennedy M.Hardy
ECW Punk Sabu

It's going to be the match of the night. - Taker winning just fits and makes for more storylines. The Double Double E CANNOT be so stupid as to screw that up. Yeah, I know. - Maybe Foley will do a run in? Screw Melina over for her title against Mickey? That'd work.

8 could get a lil chaotic, but I enjoyed the Undertaker goin over Batista thing...let's cross our fingers
As for Foley, I would've preferred him over Lashley. In a street fight with Umaga, he could've made it work (look at Umaga's last man standing match with Cena at the Rumble)

That brings a sigh of relief. No one should EVER mess with it...but I wouldn't care if he lost the belt at Backlash or Judgment Day.

I wonder who the eight people in the MITB match will be? My guesses: RawEdge Orton J. Hardy SmackdownKing Booker Kennedy M.Hardy ECWPunk Sabu I agree with that. Except for ECW I say Snitsky. Reasoning for that is usually in the MITB matches there is usally a bigger guy in the match. MITB I had Kane. MITB II had Finlay and Lashley. So I think Snitsky would fit well in the match.

What if one of the Raw guys is Khali, he'd certainly cover the "big guy" requirement.

The Armageddon Ladder match had 8 people (well 7 after Mercury's face went and asploded) but, it worked great, IMO so I think this will be okay. RAW[/u] - Edge
- Jeff Hardy
- Randy Orton
Smackdown![/u] - King Booker
- MVP or Kennedy (the other will be in the US Title match IMO)
- Joey Mercury
ECW[/u] EDIT: After tonight, I am taking Crazy out and putting Orton in.
