Cashing In
So far, Edge, CM Punk and King Booker have qualified for the Money in the Bank Ladder Match at WrestleMania 23. Tonight, a fourth man will be added to that mix when Jeff Hardy takes on Shelton Benjamin in the next qualifying match. Will Benjamin move on to his third consecutive Money in the Bank appearance, or is there yet another WrestleMania Ladder Match in Hardy's future?

I look for Hardy to win myself.

It will be odd not having Intercontenental Champion, Shelton Benjamin in the MITB match

Yeah, Jeff should be a lock to win this, Shelton hasn't done anything meaningful in months.

Yeah Hardy wins hands down in my opinion. Unless Nitro gets involved. Setting up MNM vs Hardys.

Well if we look at it this way, then Jeff winning means no Hardyz vs. MNM at WM23. But Shelton winning means no WGTT at WM23.
On sheer odds and likelihood, then I'd say Shelton wins.

If there's 8 guys in MitB this year like rumors say, I'd bet the Hardys/MNM are going to be in it.

Even though Shelton will lose, he'll probably win some sort of "Last Chance Match" for the losers. Even though Kane, Johnny Nitro, and RVD would be in that match.

Hardy seems to be a lock if we are to believe that Jakks MITB double set of him and Kennedy to be accurate. I'd like to see Shelton get in simply because he did some great stuff in the first two MITB's. There was a story on Nodq.com about it being 8-man.Not sure though,8 men seems like overkill.

Come on, the MITB is nothing without ol' Shelton. IC title or not.

How could Shelton not be in it? That'd almost be like a Casket Match with no Undertaker.

I agree; I forsee another Tag Team TLC match in WM23's future, and with that in mind, I can't see Vince passing up on teaming the Hardyz together one more time against MNM, etc. I'd like to see Jeff go over, but I think Shelton is a shoe-in for this one. He was great in the other ones and it would free Jeff to team up with his brother.

There is no chance WWE will do two ladder matches on one show.

They have to have an equal number of heels and faces in the MITB. Edge is a heel from RAW, so a face from RAW is needed. Ergo, Jeff Hardy.

It would be criminal to not have Shelton in the MITB match. I mean, he really has been a highlight of the MITB matches of the past. Why not have him on this one too?

Hardy. That's why they took the belt from him.
That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.

Shelton could be the face though. If they just sent him out there and the announcers acted like he'd never been a heel, everybody would probably forget all about it.
