I have two questions
1. If you are TNN, would you have let Heyman have free reign(no interference) on what is shown on TV?
2. If you were Heyman, and TNN did not do the above, would you find another cable company or not do a TV show altogether?

I'd be happy with what I got and put on the best show possible under the restraints

Hindsight is 20/20.
I am sure if Heyman could have gone back, he would change a lot. Like anyone else, really.
TNN? They would have stayed the same. I mean, they made money. That is their primary goal. No reason to dirvert from what works.
EDIT: Although I would have never cancelled RollerJam. RollerJam was awesome.

I remember the New York Enforcers had some dude that looked like he was Goldberg's long-lost brother.

1 - Absolutely not 2 - No network would ever give any 1 person free reign of what is on their network so Paul E would have encountered that problem anywhere he went.

RollerJam was the shit man! I loved that.
BRING BACK ROLLERJAM!
Vince has the funds...he should do it. It won't flop as bad as his own football league.

1. If you are TNN, would you have let Heyman have free reign(no interference) on what is shown on TV? Not completely. I'd have someone there to tell him what can and cannot be aired on my network. We wouldn't change what he wrote, we'd make it air-able during family hours. Either bleep the language or not use and the blood would be in black and white. We would air an "uncut" version at a later time (10pm or 11pm) Yes. It would be national exposure and at the very least show people and other networks what ECW is and what it can draw. That way if it didn't work out we'd still have something to show for what we can do on national tv.

TNN never had any real intentions of making ECW big. ECW was brought in to see how wrestling would do on the network. A lot of things should have been done differently, but none of them would have saved ECW.

He was also the only one to actually wear rollar skates. The rest wore in line skates. Tim "Big Nasty" Washington and Brian "The Blade" Gamble are wrestlers now and Washington was one of the last American Gladiators. They also film in the same soundstage as TNA and the XWF.
