It may have been a picture from the night after he lost to Cena in the Last Man Standing Match. Cena choked him out with the ropes and they had that rash put on him.

Don't you see? The very tightness of the necklace is what makes him an uncontrollable savage. Take that thing off and he'd be like a little baby kitten. Maybe they could do something with this. Use the thorn in the lion's paw angle. Form a tag team.
