I'm not hating on Lashley. He seems so what talented(unlike Batista) and he's probaly a nice guy and all, however the simple fact is that he dosen't draw.

Was ECW scoring 3.0 until Lashley was given the belt? I don't think so!
Face it, ECW is the C-show on a C-list network: hence it has NEVER scored high ratings, and probably never will, not even if they book all the RAW and SmackDown! Superstars on a special ECW episode.
It's like complaining about U.S. Soccer Team not winning the World Cup and blaming it on the new striker...

Can i ask what does ECW go up against on other channels?
ECW has never had high ratings, even when the show quality has gone up, like it has in the past few weeks, i was wondering if it was because of something on another side?
Being in the UK i obviously don't know, but would be interested to know, hence the question.

Nevermind the general, Wii-buying public DOES NOT GIVE A GOOD GOD DAMN ABOUT DOLLHOUSES! Sig worthy. Sweet, thats two people to quote me in the past week.... One about dollhouses, the other, about plowing Ariel on top of a pile of crap and dead bodies. Life is good.

they gotta get that belt off Lashley fast, nobody wants to see those main events Also, this show happened one week after they oh-so-wisely decided to not put one of their most popular guys (Punk) on the show at all. Punk was on the show. He beat Nitro in a MITB qualifier. There is 10 page thread on the end of his match.

I'd swear the Knox match was before the one week hiatus (minus a 15 second promo) of Punk.

Only in the WWE do they continue harmfull business practices on purpose. NO ONE GIVES A F*** ABOUT LASHLEY! Seriously, Vince, shoot your load already so you'll lose your hard-on for this worthless turd. This is the equivilent of....lets say.... the president of Nintendo from now on ONLY allowing dollhouse building simulators on the Wii because he is a fan of dollhouse furnature (Which I doubt that he is, I'm just making up an analogy). Nevermind the general, Wii-buying public DOES NOT GIVE A GOOD GOD DAMN ABOUT DOLLHOUSES! I'd actually buy a WII if there was a Dollhouse game of some sort. ;D It'd be sort of like The Sims, except they'd be Dolls or something.

Anyone get a rookie Rocky Maivia vibe from Lashley, in that he's being pushed hard but a lot of people hate him because of that? Obviously young Rocky didn't have the third brand to be the champ of but...

^ It could be that, but as you said, Rocky's push didn't lead to him winning the championship of a third brand. Considering that ECW could at one time get ratings in the high 1s consistently, you can't say he's done alot in terms of drawing potential. Skits that say "I'm a nice guy from a poor family who made good" just aren't what today's fans want. Lashley would be better if he was a heel who had a manager/mouthpiece to talk for him. He's just not good enough on the mic to provide the kind of entertainment WWE fans want.

Cool to see about RAW, too bad about ECW though, aside from the main event scene, the show is actually pretty decent

In all fairness, aren't the ECW ratings still much higher than Sci-Fi's average programming?
