Stone Cold thinks Oh no, i can't grow my hair now

Do you ever think when Stone Cold became the hottest (in terms of popularity) wrestler of all time(questionably), do you think that in one aspect of himself, he is a prisoner to the fans. He's immortalised now with the bald head and goatee, and that's the look evrybody will remember him by.

Maybe there has been one moment in the 9 years since he became a real success, where he wants to change his beard or hairstyle, like grow his hair in, but has been too scared to. Over the years he had a few different looks before SCSA, like the long blond hair, then in a ponytale, then the short blond bleached hair, grows it long again, then shaves it to very short with no beard and then he goes to the beard and is completely bald look.

So if he grows his hair long, he might not be as bankable a wwe superstar, as people will want the bald look, so maybe he is trapped to keep that way, or he was balding anyway, so stuff having a dodgy fringe line. You could pretty much say that for alot of others like Hulk Hogan, Shawn Michaels and John Cena. If they didn't have a successful wrestling career, they would pretty much loose that look without much fuss.

Austin was balding real bad. He probably would have a Hogan like skullet if he'd grow his hair longer.

And the goatee was to hide a scar under his lip. At least that's what I heard.

So he pretty much took that look to keep himself from looking silly.

Hogan however is someone who can never change his look. Have you ever seen that video of Hogan without the stache? He looks completely different.

And HBK's problem is that he wants to keep lookin young but he is balding way too much.

Cena however doesn't have a look that is part of his gimmick. And I would love to see him turn heel and grow a goatee.

Yeah if you look at tapes of Austin when he got to ECW and his early days in the WWF when he still had some hair, his hair line had already receded quite a bit.

He used to sport a moustache and goatee instead of the Van Dyke (moustache connected to goatee). It looked more sinster, like a silent movie villain.

That was in Dallas at the Sportatorium in June of 88 and was Austin's third match. I remember he left for 2 or 3 weeks after that. He return as Steve Austin and turned on Chris Adams setting off their feud. I remember that night quite well.

speaking of Cena, if you watch any ovw or upw footage/pictures before the wwe's image team told him to get a damn hair cut, there's pics of him with a mullet, and an ugly blond crewcut

I remember Austin with hair as half of the Hollywood Blonds. And it looked odd. As if someone had snuck in while he was sleeping and just sort of planted it on there.

And Franchise, that look really suits you. I tried shaving my head once and looked like a refugee from Belsen, so I'm jealous of anyone who can carry the bald head off.

If Austin was still wrestling and wanted instant heel heat all he'd have to do is shave and grow his hair-fans would be completely pissed he changed his look-I have a feeling he'll look this was the rest of his life
