A warning abut that: Unlimited points and money removes every ounce of fun out of Gm mode, unless your new goal becomes "Get the other show down to ZERO viewers." Another giant help of the GM of The Year honor: the ability to trade anyone at anytime. So with unlimited money, you can buy the crappiest guys, load them up with 3 year contracts, then trade them over for the good guys on the other show. Repeat until it's more like Raw v. Velocity... Hmm... Heat v. Velocity for the PS2? A mid-price game with Val Venis and Scotty 2 Hotty on the cover? Anyone want to photoshop that for us? GODZ ALREADY DID IT!! I actually enjoy doing GM Mode still, but I also have none of the helpers involved. Quite honestly, I like having them there, because last year's GM Mode was damn near impossible to win, even with a buttload of money available, since the computer always manages to pull off better shows. Now it seems that there's more balance this year. I haven't finished it yet, but I'm still having fun running my shows. Now, if only they hadn't put in all those screwy contender rules... THANK YOU FOR SAYING WHAT NEEDED TO BE SAID! Yeah I made it in 2005 or so with MS Paint but....so what...mine comes with a character select screen!

Although I'm kinda surprised that you didn't have the Brawler and SD Jones as special Legends along with Doink.

In the fake preview I typed up for it, I included Legends such as Jones, Doink, Horowitz, Aldo Montoya, etc. And a funny note about the lineup I show...how many of those guys are current players in WWECW?

Yeah, it's weird how a lot of them still are gainfully employed for the most part. Little over half, and I still believe Rhino should still be there.

This is gonna seem like a stupid question....but how exactly do you do challenge mode?? When I go up to it in the lockeroom it won't let me do anything and when I do the matches in exhibition mode nothing happens.

I actually found that quite easy for some reason. I knocked khali down and repeatedly punched him in the balls and then made him tap out. LOL! ;D

Choose locker room from the main menu (IE, NOT during season mode) and go up to the little console on the bar

Go to the locker room from your main screen, outside of Season Mode. And thanks for the game cover, Crunkenstein. You have a special place in my heart forever, dog.

So I mentioned this in the Mike Awesome thread but figured I'd throw it out here, too.
Long time followers of these wonderful threads will remember one of the first CAWs I made this year was Mike Awesome. I was just such a huge fan, I put him in my "All time top 25" for bigHEADinc's thread, just cant say enough good things about watching his matches.
Anyhow, I also created an ECW World Championship.
The first guy to win the vacant title...was Bam Bam Bigelow.
A few weeks after that, Bam Bam died.
Well, the second guy to hold the title...
Mike Awesome.
Now he's dead too.
I don't know if I'd call myself a "superstitious" person, but, that's just weird. I think I am going to retire that title forever, now. (Or, put it on Cena and see what happens. Yes, that's my lame attempt at a joke.)

I would retire it, or unlock Vince and put it on him.
I'm sorry, that was offsides.

hey, maybe you can put the belt on Mr.Perfect and he'll come BACK! eh, eh? It would almost be worth it, to see him grab a ringside fan, eat part of their brain, then spit out the rest and slap it away before entering the ring.... But, no, I dont think I could stand the mental trauma of seeing that

Giving the World Heavyweight Title to Christopher Daniels cuts his attributes in half.

Giving the World Heavyweight Title to Christopher Daniels cuts his attributes in half. So he'd go from all 4's to all 2's? Haha, take that, indy trash!

I wonder if this is the same gameplay decision that causes my game to freeze whenever I try to make the NWA heavyweight title?
