read and enjoy, basically, Hogan claims that the reason he will not be appearing at wrestlemania is that he feels he deserves the biggest paycheck of the night, above the others who work day in and day out for the company i.e. undertaker, HBK,cena batista, edge. He feels that Vince is threatened by Hogan's poularity, which threatens Vince's plans to build the brand, rather than an individual superstar. This is an example of the egotistical Hogan we've all heard about IMO

Wow this is a shocker! I am one of the few people who grew up watching Hogan. I can honestly say that I would have been an even bigger wrestling fan if Hogan wasn't on the roster. I was more of a WCW mark because Hogan was with the WWF. I started to like the WWF when Hogan left.
