Orton was about the only time. I really thought that was 'Taker's best 'Mania bout as well.

With the upcoming match with Batista getting us all seriously worried for the streak, was there any other time you guys thought that 'Taker's Mania streak was in danger? I remember I did in 2001 with HHH. Maybe a little with Orton. But at first when the news of Taker facing Batista came out, it was rumored that Batista would get the win. Undertaker deserves to keep his steak and one more damn title run before the journey is over!

I NEVER thought for a second that Orton would end his streak. The match alone was a push for Orton. I have to say that I am a little worried that Batista is going to break the streak. But I have to believe that WWE wouldn't slap Taker in the face like that and take away his streak and give him ONE MORE RUN Taker's streak should NEVER be broken. there's 364 other days in the year to put guys over HELL YEAH! OH MY BROTHER, TESTIFY!

Two times come to mind. Wrestlemania 14 vs Kane and 21 vs Orton during the heyday of his legend Killer gimmick.

Now i was a teenage mark at WM9 and thought that giant gonzales would beat him. He would have only had a 2 wm streak before it ended. It is the only one he hasn't won by his own means. He did win it by dq

If Vince has Batista win, he's losing an ass-load of fans.

In the last 3 years, the WWE have been really making his unbeaten streak a big deal, so i worry more that he is going to lose it, especially against Orton.
I think it's understandable to worry and actually believe that Batista is going to beat Undi', because Vince has kept him as a constant main eventer, unlike Orton, and that he's been one of the top faces for the past 2 years whether you like it or not. It doesn't matter if he is gonna turn heel for WM 23, the credible chance is still there.
I would not like that! Come on, this is someone who is already must be coming to the end of his career(Batista), and he doesn't really need any extra push, he's gone as far as he's gone. He's reached his limit,we're not going to see Batista do any better, be it the mic work and wrestling.
