Whats the story behind tag team match ups?

Nice catch; that never occurred to me. It might have to do with current political trends. President Bush is a right winger so the heels always go to the right side of the ring.

The faces' faces are more visible to the camera that way and its easier for the people at home to see their emotions. They are more drawn into the matches. At least I think that's part of it.

Bingo. You get the face on the apron straining for the tag, wanting to come in....then out of nowhere you see the heel run over from the right of the screen to stop the tag, etc
