I think the storyline is that Snitsky has found a treasure chest in his veggie patch he can not open it cause it's locked. But the key hole is in the exact shape of the ECW Title hence why Snitsky is suddenly interested in the ECW title.
What's in the chest I don't know. Maybe Vince McMahon's beating heart.
