I always wondered if since the Million Dollar man was a millionare why did he wrestle?? I believe it was explained that the one thing he wanted that he didn't yet have in life was the WWF Championship. That would explain his attempt to outright buy it, his feud with Savage in the ring, and his eventual creation of his own world title. Can't be a millionaire without being competitive...unless you're a socialite.

Fruit-picking capital of the world? Where was this? Somewhere in California's Central Valley?

Man oh man, how awesome was Ted? Why the HELL was he never champion? If you replaced that pic with Honky Tonk Man, then you would be correct. Savage was to beat HTM for the I-C title on the Main Event in Feb 88, HTM b***ed and moaned about losing it, and Savage heard about it and was going to beat him up in the ring, so Vince gave him DiBiase's WWF title push, as Ted confirmed in his shoot a few years back.
